David Sandison - Senior Partner

David Sandison, Senior Partner

David joined the firm in 1979. He is a graduate of Cambridge and Edinburgh universities. David is an accredited Personal Injury Claim Specialist.

David Short - Managing Partner

David Short, Managing Partner

A graduate of Dundee University in Accountancy and Economics, David joined Lawford Kidd in 1983. He deals exclusively with personal injury claims, specialising in aviation related accidents; he has represented the victims of fourteen air crashes in Scotland and abroad.

Paul Kirkwood - Partner

Paul Kirkwood, Partner

Paul joined the firm as a partner in 2004. He graduated from Edinburgh University in 1991 and has wide experience in personal injury law claims.

Derek Carrigan - Partner

Derek Carrigan, Partner

Derek joined Lawford Kidd as a trainee in 1998, qualified in 2000 and was assumed as a partner in 2006. He has history and law degrees awarded by the University of Glasgow.
